• Q: What international standards do your products comply with?

  Our full product range is ISO 9001-certified and adheres to EU CE directives. Key certifications include:

• Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

  Standard MOQ starts at just 5 tons with flexible trial orders: 
  - Hot-rolled/cold-rolled coils: 1 coil (~3 tons)  
  - Galvanized/tinplate coils: 2 coils  
  - Custom specifications: 15 tons (3 mixed specs allowed) 
  

• Q: How is corrosion/wear resistance ensured?

  A: Corrosion resistance is enhanced through alloy design (e.g., Zn-Ni, Fe-Zn layers), porosity control (<8 pores/cm²), and post-treatment (e.g., hydrogen baking, passivation), with salt spray performance 3–4x better than standard coatings.

• Q: Are the production processes environmentally friendly? 

  A: We use chromium-free passivation, halogen-free treatments, and other eco-friendly processes (compliant with RoHS, ELV).  Coatings are 100% recyclable via electrolytic stripping (e.g., tinplate detinning).

• Q: Conventional specification range?

  A: Thickness: 1.5mm to 20mm (adjustable according to the production line)
  Width: 600mm - 2200mm (minimum/maximum dimensions must be marked)
  Inner diameter: Φ610mm (common) or Φ508mm (please confirm the company's production line)
  Outer diameter: Determined by the roll weight, usually ≤2500mm

• Q: What materials are used for your hot-rolled steel coils?

  A: Common materials: Q235B, Q355B, SS400, SPHC, Q345D, etc. (Adjustments need to be made according to the actual products of the company).
  Special material customization can be provided (such as high carbon steel, low alloy high strength steel, etc.).

• Q: Do you offer products with international certifications?

  A: Products are certified under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and industry-specific standards (e.g., ISO 5002 for surface treatment, ISO 11949 for tinplate).

• Q: How to package and transport?

  A: Conventional packaging: Moisture-proof paper + steel band binding, or customized packaging as per customer requirements (such as wooden cases, waterproof film);
  Transportation methods: road transportation, railway transportation, sea transportation. We can assist in contacting logistics or deliver goods according to the logistics specified by the customer.

• Q: Could you provide technical guidance?

  A: We can provide processing suggestions for hot-rolled steel coils (such as cutting and welding techniques), application scenario solutions, or arrange on-site technical support from engineers (advance appointment required).
