Our facility features
- 6-High UCMM Reversing Mills: Equipped with automatic shape control (ASC) and hydraulic gap adjustment (HGA), these mills are capable of achieving 95% thickness uniformity for cold-rolled products. This level of precision ensures that each coil produced meets the stringent quality requirements, making them ideal for a wide range of applications.
- Continuous Galvanizing Line (CGL): This line is capable of processing 300,000 tons/year with zinc coating weights up to 275 g/m². The CGL is designed to provide a high-quality, corrosion-resistant coating to steel coils, making them suitable for use in harsh environments.
Defect Detection
