• Q: Can you provide custom dimensions or coatings?

• Q: How long is the shelf life of the product?

  A: Under normal storage conditions (dry, well-ventilated and non-corrosive environment), the shelf life is 12 months (from the date of manufacture).

• Q: How to package and transport?

  A: Conventional packaging: Moisture-proof paper + steel band binding, or customized packaging as per customer requirements (such as wooden cases, waterproof film);
  Transportation methods: road transportation, railway transportation, sea transportation. We can assist in contacting logistics or deliver goods according to the logistics specified by the customer.

• Q: How is corrosion/wear resistance ensured?

  A: Corrosion resistance is enhanced through alloy design (e.g., Zn-Ni, Fe-Zn layers), porosity control (<8 pores/cm²), and post-treatment (e.g., hydrogen baking, passivation), with salt spray performance 3–4x better than standard coatings.

  A: Thickness: 1.5mm to 20mm (adjustable according to the production line)

• Q: How do you ensure product defect detection and consistency?

  A: Full-process quality control includes eddy-current testing (>0.1 mm crack detection), thickness gauging, and salt spray testing.  Each coil is supplied with a Material Test Certificate (MTC) and inspection report.
