• Q: How to obtain the sample?

  A: Small-sized samples can be provided free of charge (freight collect). Please fill out the "Sample Application Form" and indicate the purpose.

• Q: How long is the shelf life of the product?

  A: Under normal storage conditions (dry, well-ventilated and non-corrosive environment), the shelf life is 12 months (from the date of manufacture).

• Q: How to package and transport?

  A: Conventional packaging: Moisture-proof paper + steel band binding, or customized packaging as per customer requirements (such as wooden cases, waterproof film);
  Transportation methods: road transportation, railway transportation, sea transportation. We can assist in contacting logistics or deliver goods according to the logistics specified by the customer.

• Q: What materials are used for your hot-rolled steel coils?

  A: Common materials: Q235B, Q355B, SS400, SPHC, Q345D, etc. (Adjustments need to be made according to the actual products of the company).
  Special material customization can be provided (such as high carbon steel, low alloy high strength steel, etc.).

• Q: Conventional specification range?

  A: Thickness: 1.5mm to 20mm (adjustable according to the production line)
  Width: 600mm - 2200mm (minimum/maximum dimensions must be marked)
  Inner diameter: Φ610mm (common) or Φ508mm (please confirm the company's production line)
  Outer diameter: Determined by the roll weight, usually ≤2500mm

• Q: How do you ensure product defect detection and consistency?

  A: Full-process quality control includes eddy-current testing (>0.1 mm crack detection), thickness gauging, and salt spray testing.  Each coil is supplied with a Material Test Certificate (MTC) and inspection report.

• Q: Are the products compliant with food contact safety standards?

  A: Yes.  Products like tinplate and specific electro-galvanized coils are FDA 21 CFR 175.300 certified for direct food/medical packagin

• Q: How to package and transport?

  A: Conventional packaging: Moisture-proof paper + steel band binding, or customized packaging as per customer requirements (such as wooden cases, waterproof film);

• Q: Can you control and customize the coating thickness?

  A: Coating thickness is precisely regulated via process parameters (e.g., 3–50 g/m² for electro-galvanizing, 1.1–11.2 g/m² for tinplate) and can be customized to meet specific requirements.

• Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

  Standard MOQ starts at just 5 tons with flexible trial orders: 
  - Hot-rolled/cold-rolled coils: 1 coil (~3 tons)  
  - Galvanized/tinplate coils: 2 coils  
  - Custom specifications: 15 tons (3 mixed specs allowed)
