This involves a hot-dip zinc coating, followed by in-line annealing at temperatures between 500–550°C. During this thermal treatment, iron diffuses into the zinc layer, resulting in a Zn-Fe intermetallic alloy with a Fe content of 7–15%. This unique composition enhances weldability and abrasion resistance, making our coils stand out in the market, With a matte-gray finish that adheres to ASTM A653 Grade GA60-GA165 standards, our GA coils offer a phosphate-free surface that promotes excellent paint adhesion.
